Selling high-value comic books online can be frustrating. Between auction house fees, unpredictable eBay bidding, and the risk of shipping damage or buyer fraud, maximizing your return takes significant effort.
Comics Reborn offers a better way. We accept key issues and high-value slabs on consignment and sell them directly to our network of dedicated collectors at major comic conventions across the Southeast. You get a transparent commission rate, zero online listing hassle, and the peace of mind that your books are being handled by professionals.
When you consign with Comics Reborn, we don’t just place them on our online store, we take your books on the road with us to every comic show & pop culture event that we set up at.
Our owner attends major comic-cons throughout the Southeast, putting your key issues directly in front of serious, cash-in-hand collectors. This face-to-face selling environment often results in stronger final sale prices for high-grade keys, first appearances, and significant vintage issues. We handle the travel, the booth fees, the negotiations, and the payment processing. You simply collect your check when the book sells.
Serious buyers who know exactly what your keys are worth.
In-person selling drives better outcomes for high-grade books.
Travel, booth fees, negotiation, and payment — all on us.
We believe in straightforward, tiered commission rates based on the final sale price of the book. There are no hidden listing fees, photography fees, or unsold return fees.
We generally only accept books with an estimated market value of $500 or more for consignment. For lower-value books or bulk selling, please see our Comic Collections page.
We focus on graded (CGC/CBCS/PSA) key issues, first appearances, and high-grade vintage books with an estimated value of $500 or more. We occasionally accept high-value raw books if they are significant keys.
We work with you to establish a fair market asking price based on recent verified sales data (GPA (90-day FMV), eBay sold listings) as well as deep seek online research.
Once your book sells at a convention, we process the payment and issue your funds (minus the commission rate) within 5 to 7 business days.
If your book does not sell within the contracted 120 days, we will return the book to you safely unless you opt to extend for another 120 days. You only pay for the return shipping; there are no unsold fees.
If you have high-value books you are ready to part with, send us a message. Please include the title, issue number, grade, and grading company (if applicable) in your message, and we will let you know if it is a good fit for our convention network.
